I had a delightful stay at Clementi 18 Suites Rome. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a terrific location that allowed easy access to all major attractions. The staff was highly responsive and made the check-in process seamless.
WiFi connection was unstable.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. Grounds were clean, and the staff responded quickly via WhatsApp when I had issues with the toilet. A lovely helpful staff member guided me through the process of fixing the door. Daily cleaning service made it comfortable. On the downside, the room was quite small and the pillows were a bit thick for my preference. The cleaning maid didn’t clean the floor at all during my stay, which was disappointing. A safety deposit box would have been nice too, especially since my room was noisy due to the restaurant below.

Couple seeking comfort
I really liked how friendly the staff were, always willing to help with anything we needed. Plus, they provided us with a cell phone for unlimited calls and texts, so we didn't have to worry about using our own data. This was unexpected and super convenient during our stay.
It wasn’t exactly low-priced, but still acceptable given the amenities.

This was just an appropriate option for a lightning trip in Rome with excellent value for money. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which made planning my day a little tricky. Consider bringing a portable charger. the outlets were not easy to access in the room.
